Its not that sasuke wont get the Rinnegan, you just dont want him to get it
no, its that it is illogical for him to get it. He has barely done anything with EMS, he did the nifty thing against the zetsus and then everything else has just been the same old spamming of techs he could already use. Not to mention as i have posted to many of these threads, there has never been any manga fact showing that a rinnegan user could use sharingan techs without possessing one sharingan eye as well, that said, until kishi proves otherwise we can assume they cant or why wouldnt nagato's deva path just use ameterasu when naruto got in close? That said, unless some even more outlandish event happened giving sasuke one rinnegan, he would be back to square one, with albeit more power, but no knowledge of the rinnegans techniques. It would be like giving naruto sharingan, its useless at this point because he wouldnt know how to use it.
