[Predictions] Sasuke not getting ps :reason

This is a possible reason why sasuke wont get p.s..:
lets begin with dis; all uchiha's with mangekyo sharigan have different (skills) accompanied with their eye and i believe this is due to their family difference..Also each and every one of them has one of the ability enhanced..
Here are some of the uchiha's that have been seen with mangekyo sharingan:
1: shisui uchiha -enabled with a very strong genjutsu (kotoamatsukami) and more (but not stated in manga)
2: itachi uchiha - enabled with tsukyomi genjutsu(enhanced) ,amatarasu,susanoo
3: sasuke uchiha-enabled with normal genjustsu, amatarasu(enhanced)this is due to his easy manipulation of the form which the flame takes ,susanoo
4: madara uchiha- enabled with normal genjutsu,no sign of amatarasu(until proven otherwise by kishi),susasnoo(enhanced)..
with this we can all see that each of these uchiha guys have special upgrades in one of their mangekyo power..
Another exception :might be the intervention of the kyubii chakra which increase any shinobi's power

That's a good point... But I think we all know that Kishi sees Sasuke as special... Best friend of the main character, plot on his side... He'll do something to make Sasuke better than the rest of the Uchiha's in due time.

It has never been stated that Madara's special skill is susanoo, (enhanced). It only shows him having a powerful susanoo, but that could also be because he was a gifted shinobi and also him being the first to unlock it and having experience with it. As of now the only ones we know of without a special MS or EMS special ability (enhancement) is Madara and Izuna.

So, why is it that sasuke won't get ps? You didn't state this there :|also, sasuke's "enhanced ability" is not an enhanced one, is Blaze Release, it's a kekkei genkai U_U sasuke has superior MS attributes than the others, due to the Mangekyo having Kekkei Genkai compatible with sasuke...

Good point but the legs say otherwise. I was inclined to believe his Susano'o would later obtain wings to accompany the beak. He should get PS, but albeit they all look differently.. Used differently. I think that was the real definition of this from the get-go. Just was obscure.
He bears wits as the legion of Uchiha itself. I would recommend he achieves the Uchiha's ultimatum.

Perfect Susanoo is available to all Susanoo users. It is just a matter of stabilizing your chakra. Now, it wont be exactly like Madara's. Maybe smaller by a bit or by a lot, it may have wings ect... But yes, he will gain a "perfect" version of his own Susanoo. All Susanoo's are different, so their perfected form will change

There is not a single reason in your thread saying, why Sasuke won't get an EMS.
BTW, there's only two people with EMS
One is Madara and the other is Sasuke
Madara got his PS.
And Sasuke is now showing signs of PS since his Susan'o popped out Legs.
But it won't be same as Madara's PS since you said that each MS users got different ocular jutsus hence the "still existing" Uchihas with EMS will have different PS as well

Sasuke get's PS to bridge the gap with Naruto. NB might not like to hear it, but Sasuke was probably considerably stronger than Naruto until Naruto reached KCM. Right now, Sasuke is weaker but Kishimoto will give him upgrades. Because Sasuke v Naruto still has to happen, and it's not going to be a stomping like everyone suspects. Sasuke either gets PS, Rinnegan or he eats the fruit from the tree. Or Madara gives him the 10 tails.
