Uchiha Madara = + Rinnegan...
Uchiha tobi = teleport
UChiha Shishui = Koto Am
Uchiha Itachi = Tsukoyami, Susano
Hatake Kakashi = Kamui,copy

UCHIHA ITACHI...Susano,copy.....

Sasuke has possessed all the sharingan abilities from the others while the others have obtained it themselves...

And again...why doesnt madara uses tsukoyami or susano...why doesnt itachi uses the teleporting kamui(or watever it is)...why dont all the users of sharingan possess the same abilities as the other??..

IS THERE ACTUALLY SOMEONE WHO HAS USED ALL THE POWERS OF SHARINGAN??

IM STILL MISSING A LOT BUT STILL I THINK ITS ALL GOOD TO BE EXPLAINED...

As to why Itachi doesn't use Kamui or Madara not using Tsuki, perhaps they're not familiar with it? Judging from the latest chapters, I'd say Madara had used the Susanoo' quite a lot of times. Meh, I dunno, I'm just assuming xD

i guess it base on amount of experience the user have on the battle field will give them ability to use different ms skill on different situation.
It base on the situation in battle ,make the Ms user unlock certain skill

This is what truely puzzle me is the Sharigan it self when you obtain ems do you gain all the skills that come whit the regular Sharigan mandara claimed he has surpass & mastered the Sharigan so dose he gain all there abilities as of right now I'm not 100% sure but it seems that way dose sasukae follow down mandaras foot steps.
