Both Naruto and Sasuke will get upgrades now, that will bring them closer if not at 100% to the power of Hagoromo's children. They so strongly represent the son's, that I don't think Sasuke will get the Rinnegan, but the eyes of Indra.

It makes more sense to me, what are your opinions about it?

Dude, if you read the manga you'd know hashirama was the previous incarnation of ashura.
