Going off of manga.. Sasuke lost his Curse Mark abilities when Itachi totsuka blitzed Orochimaru.

If you look in the picture above. The curse mark is gone completely from Sasuke thus he no longer has curse mark.

Conclusion: Stop stating Sasuke will use his curse mark to help the others.
