These reasons are all stupid.
1: Sasuke would not use the biggest fireball he could if Sarada and other random chumps were nearby. He only needed to hit Shin.
2: You are comparing two entirely diifferent situations for the Preta Path. Sasuke is absorbing chakra from Naruto, Madara is absorbing Ninjutsu from oonoki.
3: Kishi rarely draws Susanoo's or Bijuu to scale.

1. Who would fire a grand fireball at a fodder. Sasuke was clearly getting warmed up and he can't fire it on a large scale because his daugther was there. That isn't a good comparison.

2. Comparing an alive person to an Edo man won't tell you anything about PP. In fact Adult Sasuke's PP surpassed that of Madara.

3. Susanoo's are not drawn to scale but in the movie it was much larger compared to Madara's PS.
