@OT....i think he does have it...for the following reasons
1...he has susanoo...which requires tsukuyomi and amaterasu
2...itachi can control his tsukuyomi(time), but he doesnt have enton ; but sasuke cant control his weak a$$ tsukuyomi, but he does have enton......does that make sense? they both have more control over one of the abilities...that's the reason sasuke's tsukuyomi is weak
it's just a theory though..

now is the genjutu sasuke uses tskyomi

we do not know but we do know straing from kishi mouht that to have susanoo you need it so.......

weather he has used it or not does not matter he has it kishi said so

If he has it then why in the fight with kabuto(oro powers) when kabuto caught them in the sound genjutsu Itachi used tskyomi on sasuke and sasuke used Uchia genjutsu???? Bc he dosnt have it! I believe tskyomi is Itachi's personal genjutsu just like how shishie has one.
