But first, why should Sasuke form Taka again?
Well after Momo and co attacked, Sasuke will likely be exploring more dimensions anticipating the Ootsutski clan invasion (if they want to do so)
Momo and Kaguya are apparently low tier in the clan so the upper echelon will be more of a threat and Sasuke needs to investigate more on them before that happens.
Another reason is that Sasuke got that Kaguya scroll in the movie and last we checked it was being decoded. Momo also wanted that scroll but Sasuke beat him to the punch. Like that scroll had info for her mission, some Ootsutski clan classified info and maybe some dimension hoping map that will help Sasuke.
I am saying that reviving Taka would be for the sole purpose of recon and the more numbers the better.
Sasuke had each Taka member recruited due to their specific ability and use. Taka is also just waiting for Sasuke to return to them any time he wishes.
Most of Taka are also missing nin so this will make is even more easier for them to proceed with the more classified missions that require certain recon.
And who knows maybe they might need to investigate the order that Kawaki is in (if he is in one).
Now then who should be the three new recruits (well more like two since the third one would be really hard abandon their duties).

She is the wielder of the Ketsuryūgan a canon eye that Sasuke battled against in his novel and anime. The eye has the ability to cast genjutsu that even Sasuke got held up in as well as control blood either remotely controlling their victim or even making them explode.
Rare dojutsu that likely branched off from Uchiha at some point a user with this ability would be necessary for recon.

He knows the threat, he knows the counter, he knows the info. Sasuke was chasing after a shadow when he could've just asked Toneri all along.

Now her me out this is the third member that is unlikely due to her responsibilities but she is a byakugan user that would be necessary for recon as well as being up for the challenge of Taka.
But again this is unlikely so I won't go too much into detail.
