Naruto has never changed his outfit, even after the timescript Naruto is wearing the same shit. Kishimoto loves the Uchihas, his Saske-kun gets several outfits during Naruto's walking arround with his tracksuit.

Sasuke looks okay in his current outfit. No need to change it IMO.

Naruto has been wearing the same thing all the time. Once, I think he tried to wear Gai sensei's present. ( i am not sure whether it is in manga or in anime.). But changing Naruto's outfit is not going happen now I think.
