By this argument, every character is immortal until Kishi says otherwise, EMS doesn't give the user immortality, Madara wouldn't have needed to transfer his eyes to Nagato, he did that because he was close to death and needed to set events so he could be revived.

Well in Macho's defense Madara is immortal...NOW! but the Izanagi can only be used like what twice. Then you're left blind for life.....Then again I am not so sure.

Remember Obito's fight with Konan? He had to use Izanagi to escape her sea of exploding tags. Yet he did not go blind from it. Why? He wasn't Edo nor, last i checked he didn't have EMS. So how come Obito was able to use Izanagi and not go blind from its use?

Still that doesn't explain how Obito was able to use it and not go blind. Why was he the exception? Does Senju DNA keep the user from going blind after Izanagi's use? If that is the case, then Macho is right and, in theory, all Sasuke needs is Sneju DNA and he can keep spanning Izanagi like Danzo did without ever going blind. That would make him immortal.

I doubt this is true though and I think Obito not going blind was a plothole on kishi's part.

Obito did go blind. Remember he had a 2nd sharingan eye in his left eye socket that he kept covered. After that eye went blind he then put the Rinnegan in it's place

This is a troll thread but there is something i actually believe in , and that's is the EMS allow the user to use Izanagi without blindness but have a certain limit to the usage of it.

not in a million years bro, if izanagi didn't lose the light with ems then madara would literally be unstoppable kishi would never give an ems user that much invincibility. ems only prevents ms techs from losing light izanagi and izanami are standard sharingan techs and whose actual condition is the sacrifice of a sharingan.
amaterasu, tsukuyomi and susanoo don't necessarily drain the ms of its light it is the continues use of the eyes that do so
