Well let me break down your key arguments....
Amaterasu- works if you can keep an eye on your opponent-but seeing as naruto is faster than sasuke (which you have so graciously admitted) There is no way to actually get a glimpse at naruto long enough for the flames to actually take effect.
Amaterasu surrounding sasuke- even if naruto could not get close to him to hit him he has strong long range attacks (ie. rasenshuriken and bijuu-dama)
Amaterasu arrows- now while this is a powerful attack the problem is still the same as the first one.....naruto is to fast to be hit by one of those.
getting amaterasu'd while jutsu's clashed-while this would be a good strategy for sasuke, odds are that while sasuke is looking at naruto, naruto is looking at sasuke, and therefore, he will be able to see sasuke activating his sharingan and can simply move out of the way of amaterasu (because once again his speed is great)

He doesn't need to be in Sasuno'o the whole time, he's got karin too and so many other techniques.

If he doesn't have Susanoo how does he protect from speed blitz or TBBs? And Karin? Who has Karin defeated? How much prep time did that take the last time? BM cloak swatted away multiple TBBs like they were flies. What is an attack that couldn't even scratch a susanoo that was created by an Itachi on his deathbed do?
