=.= As a Sasuke fanboy AND an individual who uses his brain, I hate this kind of thing. Sasuke isn't going to uberpwn anyone, and Naruto isn't going wtfemoasskick him either. Why? Simply cause that makes for a crumby plot, and Kishi wouldn't build suspense for their next battle just so one of them could simply fubar the other.

I do not personally think that at this time Sasuke could beat Naruto, not unless his OP Sharingan obtained some kind of way to suppress the Kyuubi's chakra, but that's it.

Sasuke has many considerable abilites, namely the mainly unknown power of his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, but since we've hardly seen it, we can't put that on the scale in an theory about their fight. Naruto, however, has demonstrated just how much he's grown (This is because Naruto must endure PHYSICAL LABOR to achieve his strength) May it be Sage Mode or Biju Mode, Naruto is a powerhouse, badass.

With that in mind, the only reasonable answer is;
1. Naruto > Sasuke
or
2. Naruto = Sasuke

Genjustu-some say that genjustu is usless because naruto has the kyubi to help him get out of it. personaly i dont think its that simple because the mizukage was also a perfect jinjurikin and he was under a genjustu by madara. i have sasid this before sasuke infact can use genjustu on nartuo as long as the kyubi and naruto dont know there in one look at this

You are wrong, you just forgot a lot of what Naruto did. Naruto's base taijutsu skills has increased over time, or do you forget that Base naruto was holding off pain with taijutsu as pa toad was summoning his clone. Pain taijutsu is high itself. In SM Sasuke wouldn't be able to see Naruto's chakra so he would get hit with k.o hits (chakra extends). You have to be trained to see Natural chakra. In SM Naruto can close his eyes and fight using his sensory skills, clone did it to beat 3rd Raikage and Kabuto also done this.

Also you are wrong about tbb and Sasunoo. Tsunade's punch broke Sasunoo and a tbb by a bijuu is way stronger than that. Naruto's (while weaken and no where near full power) managed to make his first official tbb as strong or stronger than 5 bijuus (2-7) combined. No way Sasunoo can withstand that power, Madara said full sasunoo has the destructive power of a bijuu but Kurama (weaken from Naruto using so much of his chakra) has more power than 5 Bijuus combined and this is in a incompete form no less.

SM clones can sense anyone of Sasuke's attacks and one clone was able to evade the 3rd Raikage fastest attack and Sasuke is not that fast.

Because one move is impossible to beat, even though the Raikage dodged it and if you have been following the story Naruto is faster than the Raikage and also if you haven't seen Naruto doesn't have to come close to attack Sasuke he Rasenshuriken, TBB and he can even stretch out chakra arms.

With what I have seen, Naruto > Sasuke at the moment. Perhaps later, he will reach him but he's going to need to show better feats to do so. Don't compare Sasuke's genjutsu to Madara's or Tobi's. Whichever one of these two had the fourth Mizukage under genjutsu dispite being a perfect Jinjuuriki were above Sasuke's genjutsu either way. Just because one has genjutsu doesn't make him as good or better than every other genjutsu user out there. Sasuke hasn't shown impressive genjutsu feats. He's good but might not be good enough.
