"Every justu has a weakness" (Itachi) and i think sasuke can find it better than naruto

Naruto does not have defence, he has ultimate strong attacks(in fight with pain & tobi he got caught in their hand easily and he had to be saved)

sasuke can use genjestu if only to stop naruto for second and finish him off.(one second because naruto is controlling his bijju).

Naruto can not use his complete bijju mode because of amaterasu he would be done for. he has to use normal bijju mode.

sasuke can analyse and attack way more than naruto.

p.s:
as far as sasuke is concerned his attacks and defence are good combo, he can make naruto bite dust, sasuke surpasses shikamaru in intelligence so naruto has no chance, may be he can even control nine tails by entering psyche of naruto and know what their actions are.

Right now, I believe Naruto > Sasuke, but when they fight they will be equal. I believe Kishi said in a interview that those two will always end up being equal, so by the end it will be Naruto = Sasuke.
