Sasuke & Naruto w/o Six Paths Chakra?

Depending on which I'd say that they are right under the rikudou chakra levels.

In my opinion I feel that ems sasuke would be most likely stronger than ems madara and bsm naruto with multiple bijuu chakras in him is above sm hashirama.
I have my reasons for it but I'm not sure if you want me to explain.

Sasuke'd have EMS, Naruto would have a full Kyuubi, and overall they'd be both as strong as Hashirama and Madara.
