Sasuke Must Kill Oro

As the title suggest tho its really depends on the author and plot itself. But as far as this plot thicken, and considering Oro's real intention, Sasuke got to had Oro killed again for good this time around and eliminate all Oro's back doors option. I strongly believe that due to these factors :-

1) Oro wouldnt supports sasuke's intention of killing naruto due to Oro's plan to capture Kyuubi
2) Sasuke will not had made Oro his subordinate and likewise so they're pretty much twisting hatred upon each others
3) As Oro made progress with his newfound powers and everything, Sasuke will sure face intense challenge soon from Oro, so its better to kill Oro now while he can.
