So contrary to what goku2000 says, Sasuke is a criminal and we all know that. Now I'm pretty sure we also know that Naruto will rid sasuke of his hatred eventually. however i dont think the allied shinobi forces would welcome sasuke with open arms after what hes done, even if he does become good. so does sasuke need to die in order to redeem himself or will naruto find away to bring him back into the light alive and well?

If one of them dies then my belief is the other one will as well. I don't believe Naruto or Sasuke will die though. I'm thinking Sasuke will make up with Naruto, but become somewhat of a wander meaning he'll just wander the world and never return to the leaf village.

Sasuke's going to die, he's not going to repent, he's going to die either by Naruto's hand or something else but he's going to die, and it would make no sense for him to be forgiven by the allied nations. If Sasuke did repent he'd have to be on the run.

ya even if sasuke does become good hell never be welcome in any village after what hes done unless naruto is the kage and tell ppl sasuke is back deal with it wich in my opinion would make him a bad kage it will be interesting to see what kishi does with it

What I think is a possibility is that Sasuke will do something to redeem himself in our eyes (the readers) but the allied force won't trust him again. Sasuke will then have to leave and go his own way. Just like disappear from the view of the world. That is the only alternative to him dying that I can see. But Kishi is the writer and can do what ever he wants to do with Sasuke.
For sure Sasuke can Never return to live in konoha - But I'm also pretty sure he won't die by Naruto's hands (although I think Naruto wants to save Sasuke above all else, and his death will mean his freedom). But im not sure.

you know i was kind of pissed off when the kyuubi of all things that are evil or built up malice. was convinced by narutos talk jutsu. the only person naruto could not convince was sasuke. im starting to think sasuke is more evil that the fox

Since Itachi was such a good, caring man I believe what he did has not been done for nothing.
Hopefully although itachi said he doesnt want to see sasuke so idk if hell play a roll in sasukes redemption

I think Sasuke will actually, after talk with Itachi, realize who is right and who is wrong. He'll sort of suddenly lose confidence in his power and fall on his knees. Then he'll get back up and say "go help out Naruto, I'll kick Kabuto's butt".
Since Itachi was such a good, caring man I believe what he did has not been done for nothing. Sasuke will eventually regain controll over his hatred and help out. Then of course will be judged by everyone and people will want to kill him. Naruto will want him to join Team 7 again but Sasuke will just say that he is no longer wanted in the Village. He will say that honor has been redeemed and will leave somewhere and never show up again (of course after a touching dialog with Naruto).
Edit: Also I see it this way. At the end Sasuke will see that he met the requirements to posses the Rinnegan. Though after that touching dialog blah blah blah, including "I guess we'll never see who's stronger" he will give Rinnegan (and Sharingan in it) to Naruto, saying that he is the one who should, by the power of So6P, bring peace to people, and that that's the only way to fulfill his beloved brother's wish. Then without the eyes he'll become a wanderer and disappear forever.
