Sasuke MS vs Tobi (Before rinnegan)

Just like the tittle says who would win?
Tobi knows everything about sasuke's MS abilities as shown in the manga/anime.
Sasuke just knows that tobi can become untouchable (I dont think he knows more than that about tobi) So who would win? Explain why if you can please.

sasuke will win barely only if his eye's are badly deteriorating because madara can't warp all day (if he tries to warp sasuke he can just use amaterasu or his sword (ms sasuke is at least as powerful as nagato because tobi said it; and sasuke and naruto should be equal now)

I don't think amaterasu would work, it didn't work on him already.

Tobi, easily... Sasuke liked to overuse Amaterasu which as we all know has no effect on Tobi and would probably just run out of chakra or become blind before the end of the fight.
