Sasuke has chance, When he fought against Danzo, he is not fully powered. Tired of fighthing against kages. Danzo underestimated him but He did well. I will say Sasuke even without Amaterasu. Susano'o arrow is enough too.

Arrow couldn't go through Kakuzus doton defense. I highly doubt that.

But then it won't be fair for Sasuke since he loses one of his great powers.
+ I don't think it is allowed to take away someones powers without taking a power of same value from the enemy too

Arrow couldn't go through Kakuzus doton defense. I highly doubt that.

If Kakuzu split his heart from him, arrow will be useful.It would be like duck hunt. He has kind of chidori jutsus too. He is able to go through Kakuzu's Doton defense like kakashi. Then Arrow will be useful. He can parry his attacks with susanoo rib cage or full susanoo. Susano'o highly defensive against ninjitsu.

But it won't be that easy to land raiton jutsu on Kakuzu. Just look at the fight between Kakashi and Kakuzu and you will see it. Sasuke will also be outnumbered by Kakuzus monsters who could overwhelm him.
