This is a completely lopsided match, clearly in Nagato's favour. Considering that fighting an alive Nagato would be problematic for even EMS Sasuke, the Sasuke who fought Danzo and Killer B would have incredibly poor chances of snatching victory in that given scenario and even worse chances in this. Nagato can easily exploit Edo Tensei's perks (such as having an undying body) and afford to tank a few Susanoo arrows or the like; it's simply not a problem since nothing in MS Sasuke's arsenal would be able to kill him (let alone seal him). Gedo Mazo alone would cause MS Sasuke serious problems as he lacks the benefits of jutsu spam which the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan's gifts the wielder. Then of course, you have the usual Chibaku Tensei or Chou Shinra Tensei game enders.

Nagato stomps either, Rennigan pwns EMS. Which is why when you master EMS you get a Rennigan. This is like saying an MS is weaker than a sharigan. Nagato has too many ways to defeat Sasuke and Sasuke has literally no way to defeat Nagot. Alive or dead. Soul rip and asura realm make close combat suicide. And Shinra Tenzi, chibaku tenzi and summons make staying at a distance suicide. Absorbtion and Shinra Tenzi counter all of his jutus.

Edo Nagato low diff. Sasuke has no Sealing jutsu's and stands no chance of beating Nagato, and Nagato could finsh him in so many ways he could Bansho tenin him then use Soul Removal or hit him with a Chibaku Tensei. And Anytype of Nagato would stomp Sasuke.
