It's still a pretty great feat. I don't see why not.

those techs are possible but with different mods since he got powered up...or maybe a combination of all..

I could see something to do with izanagi involving Sasuke's eye shifting between tomoe number(to explain it shifting between 0-3-6-9). Like he can use it a set number of times but it powers down his eye each time. It would eventually recharge too. It's a bit overpowered though.

Yeah people were saying that his tomoes represent how many times he can use the technique.
