The Jutsu and Chakra Hashirama gave Sasuke was meant to be used against Hashirama's Senjutsu chakra, that is what Hashirama stated. However, it may be used against Naruto as he do possess Senjutsu himself, and we don't know enough to say that every Sage Mode uses the same type of Senjutsu or not. However I doubt Sasuke will use it against Naruto as it would go against his ideal of the "Uchiha being the strongest" and using only their real power. (The Rinnegan/Sharingan are the power of the Uchiha). Also, the power that Itachi "gave" Naruto was a crow with the KA added to it. That jutsu was used up on Itachi and Naruto lost it forever, he no longer has any power from Itachi.
