As you can see in that Scan, the Sage reminded us about how he couldn't do anything as Indra turned on Ashura and how this all began when he was talking to Sasuke, but he never reminded us about anything in the last moments when he was talking to Naruto; which means he knows Naruto will do right. Him reminding us on that only makes me think that he wants Sasuke to realize that this all started because Ashura chose to fight his brother and that Sasuke most likely chose the wrong path.

- Furthermore, he smiled at Naruto, but kept a straight face towards Sasuke, meaning the Sage believes in Naruto; I'm not sure about Sasuke though. If Sasuke did chose the wrong Path, he mostly smiled because Naruto called Sasuke his "friend" and The Sage believes Naruto could change him.

In this scan, nothing seems to have changed on Naruto and Sasuke at the moment which makes me think the Sage only has acknowledged their decisions. They will not get some Major Power up that they weren't about to get recently.

• Naruto is going to get an even stronger Chakra Cloak that is a combination of all Bijuu.
  
• Sasuke on the other hand, who just recently got his Injuries healed with Hashirama's Cells at the verge of death, will probably unlock the Rinnegan when he wakes up. I don't see why he'd keep the EMS anymore because at this point, Sasuke's current EMS Eyes aren't even relevant anymore. I hope he doesn't get Rinnegan because it just doesn't suit him, but he most likely will to be "on par" with Naruto.

I personally don't think that Sasuke chose the wrong path. I believe that him and Naruto both chose the same one, which is why they showed both getting the power up at the same time. They're going to both work together to save the shinobi world, and do it using Hagoromo's power. That's just how I see it, of course.
