Kaguya is a part of the god tree. Madara is the villain.
Naruto got the other half not the one which was taken away.
It's just a thought which has too many links with the current scenario in the manga apart from reason saying Kishi won't do such thing because Sasuke just got a new power up and all.

We've seen through the manga that higher levels of the sharingan give better prediction abilities. Right now, sasuke's precog should be the roof. Its doubtful madara ever gets a chance to touch sasuke's face, let alone his eye.

The thing is: jubito puked the godtree out in the first place, and he had no third eyes. Godtree came from jubi jin. Absorbing the god tree is like naruto absorbing all his clones, naruto don't grow tits like that

Its possible. Sasuke losing his eye and then it may backfire on Madara because he may not be able to even use it or control it correctly. It also would make partially sense if you think about the future of the world. If someone is to become Hokage at this point then its not Sasuke or Naruto, its both of them. One is the mind, the other is the body. Sasuke would be the one doing the thinking and such, while Naruto would be the one protecting and helping.
