Of course he can get another Rinnegan but by Rinnegan I mean "Normal"/purple/ just ripples Rinnegan.

There is no way for Sasuke to get or wake another Tomoe Rinnegan in other eye. Kishi will never do it as this is eye is too hax and Sasuke will show it soon.

However purple just Rinnegan in Sasuke's other eye - I completly approve
