Sasuke might be a filler character

Do you think Sasuke will play the role of a filler character to make the main character stronger? In my case another Vegeta

Naruto has also made sasuke stronger, as far as the story going except for hatred sasuke has main character characteristics

Not a filler, a foil character, he is there to motivate Naruto to be stronger and to contrast and highlight certain aspects of Naruto's personality. Eg. Sasuke is portrayed as a genius who learns things easily, while Naruto is portrayed as a hard working character who has to fight for what he gets.
