Its a forrest and hawks dont live in a forrest. They reside in mountain tops or open areas and the Uchiha arent exactly one with nature having sinister chakra and all.

But then again maybe, because Tobi was surprised to see he had a new summon. He had to have signed the contract somehow. Maybe Kishi will say he got reverse summoned like Jiraiya was by the toads. So maybe he has been there?

yes some hawks may live in open areas according to you i'll research into that but i did my own research about them and they live in Forests especially rain forests go check it out Bro... do you think EMS and Rinnegan is enough? Naruto Basically has the power of the Jubi and Sage mode... Sasuke is not at his level as yet and to awaken Rinnegan soon after Ems is way too fast.. his physical strength,Speed and Jutsu need an upgrade

2. Shikkotsurin means dame bone forest. Guess where slugs live? In damp areas. It would also follow the theme of the Sannin, Jiraiya=Toad Sage mode, Oro=Snake/dragon sage mode, Tsunade=?. A hawk sage mode would be out of nowhere.

The soft, slimy bodies of slugs are prone to desiccation, so land-living slugs are confined to moist environments and must retreat to damp hiding places when the weather is dry.

Now why I assume the Bone Forest is related to?
Well, slugs are somewhat snails without the shell, like a human without its bones and well the forest is the perfect damp environement.

i do agree but if you knew about Hawks they also live in forests more so rain Forests which are damp places which the enjoy and also for the bones the Hawks may eat the flesh and leave the bones or their prey and some species of Hawks actually Sh*T out the bones e.e which is kind of gross go research on hawks cuz i did and for Kishimoto logic he loves Sasuke way more than Tsunade lol

oh boy a hand seal if it was sage mode she would have dont it...Tsunade is nothing so what Sis...Sasuke is thesecond main Character last time i checked the story is solely about Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke Tsunade is fodder

Senjutsu in itself increases strength, durability, reflexes etc. It is an enhancement for the body, it always does this because it is the same natural energy, it just differs in the way it is taught and summons you can access. Hawk sage mode wouldn't improve visual prowess alone and that means it wouldn't be for Sasuke. You also need large chakra reserves, Sasuke has normal chakra reserves.

Like I said, all of the Sannin so far have had a sage mode and the habitat matches a slug too. It would just make a lot more sense if it was slug sage mode. I don't think Tsunade has it and I doubt we will even see, Kishi added it to make it fair and show consistency in the Sannin, Sasuke has his own powerups eg. PS and Rinnegan to come.
