sasuke may just be a little better than naruto i like them both but kishi may have made sasuke two op:

he can teleport but not only that he can also teleport objects or people away or to him like he did with madara lets start with that

im not sure whose faster between the two as they are both super fast but this is where naruto definetly had the edge and sasuke has definetly closed that gap whether sasuke faster or slower than naruto the difference isnt that much

now his perfect sussano is clearly amazing and durable but unlike everyone else i definetly believe naruto can break through it though it may guard some attacks naruto bijudama rasenshuriken will tear it up in my opinion but thats not why its on this list its here because its ability to fly which is a get away from naruto if narutos some how tearing up sasuke he can fly up even if its to think about his next move

Naruto is also very op the most op of all is his healing jutsu which makes him pretty much a god so for the most its a stalemate but i think with everything sasuke got he slighty gets the win for now but we all know in a few chapter this spot will go to naruto

first of all we still don't know how sasukes new ability with the "teleportation" works, but that his new ability just takes effect on a limited radius so i don't think it will be that much of help. Thanks to Naruto's sensing abilities it is not a big deal to predict Sasuke's next move.

Amaterasu is gone Sasuke's left Sharingan was capable of Amaterasu now he has his Rinnegan there. If he is not able to somehow downgrade his left eye he can't use Amaterasu. And even if he could Naruto has shown that he could easily dodge Amaterasu.

Speedwise both are very fast Sasuke can somehow "teleport" in a limited radius around him and Naruto can speed blitz comparable to FTG. So do the math.

Perfect Susano'o will probably save his ass a couple times but what we saw last chapter was just Overkill the Bijuudama Rasenshuriken
was on a whole different level than what we saw from both of them. And i say this because Naruto used it like it was nothing with literally no effort. So in the end I would say Sasuke will not take it.
