Madara needs a living body to become a Juubi jinchuuriki ----> that's why he needs to by revived by Rinne Tensei ---> that's why he needs someone with a rinnegan ---> person that uses Rinne Tensei will sacrifice himself and die after using this jutsu.

Not necessarily. the reason nagato died because he was already of all out of chakra, konan even stated that if he performs it on his current chakra level he will die and he brought so many people back to life, I don't see how bringing one person using rinne tensei is gonna kill the user

actually he is right on that just because obito himself was the one to say he would have to throw away his life to use that justsu, i believe it was chapter 614-To You on page 7. but even so i also dont get why it would cost him his life

if one gives up their own body then that makes sense cus two human souls wouldn't work out in the same body, excluding jinjuriki of course, but if its to actually create the dead soul's actually body from nothingness then what age would he even be? not that it matters but then that would be too much

It would cost him his life because he is an Uchiha and does not have the STRONG CHAKRA LEVELS of a HIGH LEVEL UZUMAKI Rinnegan user such as Nagato.

If you're reading Mangapanda translations, it's probably poor translation.

Obito using the Rinne Tensei will result in his death, he will be the sacrifice for Madara's revival.

why are you excluding them because Jinchuuriki is not two human souls but a beast and a human soul together

It would cost him his life because he is an Uchiha and does not have the Chakra levels of an Uzumaki. Especially a high level Uzumaki Rinnegan user such as Nagato.

The justsu thats being talked about to revive a person that's been dead a long time is different cus it revives the the ninja with a new version of his old body...im getting confused now as to how the jutsus actually works

As far as i understand the Rinne Tensei Jutsu will revive the individual into their own original body. They will be brought back to life in every aspect. You may be somewhat correct in saying the amount of time a person has been dead before being brought back may impact the process of Rinne Tensei, however lets remember, Obito said using it to revive Madara properly would cost him his life, however Konan DID say that if Nagato used Rinne Tensei in his 'current state' to revive ALL WHO HAD DIED in the Leaf attack: the strain would also be too much for Nagato and would kill him.

It then stands to reason that Nagato was a more powerful Rinnegan user, which makes sense as 1. He was an Uzumaki and as we know Uzumakis have very high and powerful advanced Chakra levels, and 2. Nagato had TWO Rinnegans. whereas Obito only has the one. That's less Chakra and Less Rinne Power yet trying to use the same Powerful Rinne Tensei Jutsu.

I don't know if this has been thought about much but does it makes sense that obito was helping sasuke become more powerful with the EMS just for the purpose of using him as madara's new body?

I don't see Obito just handing over his body to madara specially after the last chapter when we saw him tell madara that he was the one in charge.



With a young and powerful uchiha such as sasuke i dont see why it couldn't be possible, all that would be left is just to add some zetsu/hashirama DNA and u have a younger rinnegan-using madara lol. kinda cheap but im sure it would work out nicely. :snick:

Obito was not going to revive Madara.. He have his own motives now and besides, why would he help Madara take Sasuke's body?

This makes more sense and I do believe that if Obito uses it, it would not be for Madara. It will be because he had a change of heart and knowing that it is the only way to finally kill Madara.
