sasuke (by 699 i assume you mean sasuke post tbps so his ps is upgraded) holds off naruto for a while (if the match doesn't end in a tie so naruto is exhausted)

madara it's kakashi.

k11 get's limbo'd.

the rest of the world get's ps'd, ct'd or bd'd and then madara ends (exhausted) naruto too
