I wouldn't worry about that knowing he absorbed/sealed the whole juubi and subsequently entering a perfected form in a matter of seconds, not to mention Indra arrow doesn't even require the entire fraction of bijuu chakra sasuke absorbed .

Good point, i also just remembered he absorbed the whole God Tree in seconds. Still, Indra's arrow is an attack, it has intent to harm the opponent, that's different from absorbing the Juubi which i don't think was fighting back.
