I don't see any restrictions.

Seeing as how this is the highest form of each character, Juubito has no means of teleporting team 1 back

If Madara had a Yin or Yang seal, which he probably wouldn't need anyway. Madara working together with Naruto or Sasuke separately as a two man team would still defeat Kaguya.

Hashirama isn't needed. The only one that can react to her portals on team one is naruto. Sasuke, and Madara get dropped in a different dimension. Obito (depending on which form) can attempt a save but, Kakashi will cancel his kamui, and blitz him with Kamui raikiri. Then they deal with naruto.
