Hahahaha nice one, Tobirama said Sasuke had the ´´same potential as Madara´´, he didn´t say he had surpassed Madara...Oro was also thinking about that and he said ´´ONE DAY you will be able to surpass Madara´´. He didn´t say you have surpassed Madara, he said one day.

Sasuke will do it soon BUT not yet, so far EMS Madara= strongest and most talented Uchiha until Sasuke surpasses him.So i don´t know why you even say it´s official, it´s not.

u know whats funny about this,

in part 1 naruto was hyped by various shinobi(orocihmaru,kahashi etc) that he will become something great, and naruto actually delivered.
Sasuke on the other hand was regarded to be a genius and achieved his hype but he never really delivered in the end.

its abit too late to say sasuke may get stronger than madara now since the world is on the verge of the end.

and sasuke is clearly not stronger than madara, that's bloody obvious.

i think you have misread what orochimaru explained. He has the potential to surpass madara, that does not mean he has already surpassed him. Read better please So it is still madara > sasuke anytime at this moment.
