Sasuke was doing good at the start but Kinshiki outskilled him and was about to deal the killing blow until..... Sasuke escaped with Ameno. The only way I understand him losing with Ridoku chakra boosting all his stats is that he got rusty along with Naruto in peaceful times.

Should Sasuke do some sparring and practice with a real gladiator like Rock Lee so he won't lose again?

Ameno is an ability that Sasuke has in his arsenal. If you are gling to say that then it cam also be said that Kinshiki was using more than one weapon whereas Sasuke had the one sword.

In the novel it was mentioned out the times where sasuke was overpowered by kinshiki witch pointed the fact that he is stronger on a certain degree.

Here it says that sasuke got his attack repealed that was meant to kill kinshiki meaning that his offensive streng its not enough to deal with kinshiki's

It was a raw, and no he's not all that rusty but he kust had a hard time because kinshiki is a god tier opponent, a momoshiki, the people he and people of the earths big clans (like the uchiha senju hyuuga uzumaki kaguya etc) decended from. Kinshiki was just good
