Naruto hasnt lost anything but Sasuke lost his arm, so i only go by what is given.

i see that now, didnt notice at first. although soosano is users chakra, sasuke has been performing one handed signs(katon, shadow clones), so technically he should be able to will it to perform the necessary handseals.
