I just saw a thread with the same arguments as this one, even the introduction is the same lol. Anyways the scan you provided shows that Kurama had enough time to react, to say 'what was that…' and to try to attack Sasuke, but unfortunately for him the genjutsu was already done. So how's that a sneaky attack?
Also, concerning how he attacked Obito while he's on the ground, he was already fighting him when he was a Juubi Jin, it's not like he was watching all along and just decided to step in when the guy was defeated. more so, wasn't that the right thing to do? Obito got possessed by BZ and that caused Madara's revival later on because Obito was still alive which caused them both (Naruto and Sasuke) to die.
if someone witnessed that, then it’s only Natural for them to try to not let it happen again, which is why he tried to kill Madara too, to prevent something like that from occurring again.
As for killing the kages, do you really think that Sasuke is willing to end them while they're in MT because he isn't able to kill them otherwise? Really?
