I am dominant with both hands, basic rule as a ninja is to have full control of both of your arms.

When the sage said "LIft your dominant arm", he lifted the left. But in the chuunin exam(part 1) he writes with the right.
He also wields his sword with the right hand.

I don't understand.

Well, when it comes to fencing you do not have to use only your dominant arm, I use both, for example (but such skill doesn't come shortly, it takes time to work on it, for me it was about 6 months or so).

And the chuunin exam, well, he used Sharingan so he had to copy someone's movement accurately, this includes using the same arm.

I write with my left hand but throw a ball with my right, what's your point?
OT, It's just a parallel to naruto's right hand, nothing else

I thought this was evident when we saw him make a chidori with his left hand in pt1.

He's a ninja. It's not unheard of for them to be capable of using either hand.

Lol, same here, but still my dominant arm is left. You throw a ball with your right since our left is good for support to make our throw stronger, perhaps.

But again while using chidori, he use left hand..... In my opinion, he can use both hands effectively....

Yes, when he tried to kill his brother he used the chidori with his left hand, and Itachi brushed off his left hand, that was clear

Its just for the image of the manga page, thats all. You know, Naruto raised his right, its only normal Sasuke raised his left. Common Yin and Yang stuff ^^
