I think i figured out why Sasuke never settled in the leaf village.

After he lost to Naruto(yes he lost), he realized he let down Itachi and his dwindling fanbase so he decided to leave the village. His shame has also kept him from naming his daughter a suitable name.

Realizing his failures he roams the NV as the eternal hobo.

Theres a lot of misconception about Tobirama. He was never hateful against the Uchiha. He was wary yes, but he didnt hate them. He gave them power which they were corrupted by.

Tobirama is just pure badass. I mean he basically invented Minato and Narutos whole arsenal. Also edo tensei. He looks cool. Hes just that niqqa.
