We haven't even seen his susanoo...last time we checked he had PS which was the strongest up to a bijuu that was made by the sage himself...Sasuke most likely has a Sage Susanoo now...which is the strongest.
Don't take it lightly based off of Naruto's attack and comparing it to Sasuke's other susanoo fights. That's not how you do things.

First of all, you don't even know his new abilities so don't get carried away. And unless he can move several miles in 1 second then he can't dodge it even with insane speed because the blast radius for it is too big.
