In my opinion sasuke wants to defeat the jubbi to win people over to become hokage, however, i have the feeling sasuke knows that if naruto beats the jubbi, or better yeat, seals the jubbi inside of him, the potential out come is against him

The Bijuu's can't be destroyed.

Sounds good to me. What sasuke needs to realize though is its not the bijuu its the people that are controlling them that are the problem. Most of them don't even attack unless people try using or controlling them.
