Sasuke kage level or beyond now?

Yes ofcourse Sasuke is Kage level and beyond.
The thing is Kage level has no limited power you are just supposedly the strongest person in your village.
Kage rank has no limit to the amount of power you have before you surpass it.
If Sasuke was Hokage then he would not be above Kage rank he would just be a very strong Hokage

Danzo even if he was a temp hokage did not have hokage skills. If one person or another did not interfere or helphe would of been killed by three kages. Two of them within a single hit.

Kakashi is basically the weakest kage-level ninja. Being stronger than kakashi = being kage lvl. Post timeskip sasuke is stronger than kakashi.

Nagato

Only those three can fight all 5 kages at the same time and even win
