Sasuke and Itachi should take this with around mid difficulty if Itachi has infinite chakra and doesn't have any stamina restraints.

War arc Sasuke's stamina has vastly improved and doesn't suffer from MS backlash. Most of the kages aside from Gaara and Ay would get one shotted. Other than jinton, these guys can't get through Sasuke's legged susanoo and Itachi's Yata mirror armed susanoo which can change its shape to block attacks from underground.

-sasuke or itachi can fire off Amaterasu at bth mei and tsunade since they lack the speed to evade it and thorough Amaterasus continuous effect.. It renders tsunades byakugou useless

-v4 legged susanoo by sasuke should have enough durability and offensive power to survive The A and onoki combo as sasuke can itachi can flood the battlefield with Enton/Amaterasu

-sasuke and itachi with their dual susanoo combo have a large enough AOE to take down the onoki and A combo...
Gaaras defenses are also getting penetrated by the legged susanoo and with itachi here.. He can use totsuka blade to seal him off

-onoki back problems hurt him here... As he would eventually get overwhelmed by a susanoo slash.. And thanks to the Enton coated susanoo.. A's offense is completely backfired at him

-With tsunade out of the picture and the brothers having quick fire techniques.. Such as susanoo slashes and Enton/AMA Onoki won't get the time to jinton one big susanoo let alone 2 as during that time he would be a sitting duck for the other brother to attack

Sea of Amaterasu turns this into an aerial fight. Gaara carries Tsunade and Mei with his sand, and Onoki carries A by lessening his weight with Earth Release: Ultralight-Weight Rock Technique. With "Perfect Susanoo" (note that Itachi has what you all call "Perfect Susanoo"), the Gokage would blitz Sasuke and Edo Itachi. After they beat Sasuke and weaken Edo Itachi, Gaara seals the latter.
