Sasuke isn't Stronger than Naruto

Naruto, and Sasuke both were stated to be "equals," though, I'm inclined to believe Sasuke is the superior due to the: 4 wins - 1 loss ratio.

How long did it take Nagato to master his Rinnegan and barely maintain one CT (and it was crumbling despite him being high on chakra) and how long did it take Sasuke to trap nine Bijuus and create nine CTs simultaneously that didn't crumble or fall down even when Sasuke was almost completely out of chakra?
