Sasuke isn't complete like Madara

People think Sasuke has Hagoromo's chakra. If he did, he would have all of Asura's powers. He doesn't.

Sasuke would have Rasen Shuriken, SM, Chakra Mode, and maybe RSM if he had both his Indra power and Naruto's Asura power.

Madara, however, has both his and Hashirama's powers. Wood Release is one. SM... he's more complete.

To be fair not many can do rasen shuriken. It requires skills to do. Only the great Naruto Uzumaki can pull it off for a reason.

I agree, most of those abilities Naruto trained and due to possessing the Nine-Tails. ;\

Those who can utilize Wood Release had Hashriama cells. Even still, Madara faced Hashirama to pull it off.

Madara was a genius but he was NarutoVerse Frankenstein. The guy literally borrowed powers from everyone in order to achieve his rather complete state as being a Genius he could use any tech basically.

But let me remind you that Madara's SM is actually Hashi's SM, he only injected it, even Wood release was a result of injections of Hashirama's DNA. Madara didnt earn or unlock any of these, he simply stole them. By this , even a Random fodder can become Complete.

Sasuke in the war arc was on the verge of surpassing Madara, Tobirama stated it was clear that one day he would achieve it.

A Madara around his 20 ~ 25 years old managed to fuse Kurama with Susanoo.. Sasuke was 18 (16 years old, thanks to Math24 for the correction) and pulled it without any stress.

Sasuke controlled Tailed Beasts chakra like he was emptying Balloons, right on paar with what the S06P did but in reverse (Kurama stated).
