sasuke without his eyes was a fodder who couldn't move outside tobidara's cave...not tomention how he cried and begged tobidara to implant him itachi's eyes...

-sasuke always got free power ups from itachi and hagoromo...unlike naruto who worked hard and dizerved rikudo powerups from Hagoromo!!
