I have manga facts that Sasuke is actually from the Uzumaki.

In the war, he managed to resist on the battlefield, because of the plot, as long as Naruto did. This is manga fact that Sasuke is Uzumaki and he can resist as much as Naruto.

So, Naruto fought for 3 days and 2 nights and Sasuke came in the last day since Naruto started to fight. So, Sasuke resisted as much as Naruto for one day. Sasuke is Uzumaki.
