Sasuke, with his Rinnegan, can create portals like Obito's two kamui's combined. This means if he knows how a jutsu works, he can copy it. His Rinnegan can copy any jutsu and create any jutsu, even if it's a KKG. His clapping of his hands for Chibaku Tensei is also something he copied from Six Paths Chibaku Tensei.
