So you want to talk about Naruto using the tail beast power, but you don't want to do the same for Sasuke. Did you forget that his eye power comes from the 10 tails and has different advantages than Naruto's body power. Naruto and Sasuke are at the same level, but Sasuke required more power ups to reach that level.
