I know Naruto is the main character and all, but it looks like Sasuke will be the one to save the NV.

- This really isn't Naruto's fight. By fighting Madara, the curse of hatred, Sasuke is redefining the clan. Although he is just as powerful, Naruto really is just his backup in this battle.

- Sasuke has a lot more worldly experience than Naruto. His resolve has changed, he's met different people and learned about the past.

- Hashirama entrusted him with something to defeat Madara.

- Although he had no reason to be there, he met the Sage and was given a power-up with his intentions are still unknown. This says something.

- He says he will delete the past and create a new system.

I'm not at all surprised by this. Are you? I mean Sasuke took the back seat as sidekick during the Juubito fight. Naruto was calling the shots then as Naruto had more of a connection to Obito than Sasuke did.

Now that it's Madara, Sasuke is taking the reigns. It wouldn't surprise me if he is the one to deliver the final blow to Maddy. They share more in common than Naruto does. It's not like Naruto isn't needed. I mean Naruto wouldn't have beat Juubito without Sasuke's aide and Sasuke won't beat Madara without Naruto's aide.

I actually kind of expected it to go down this way since Sasuke first arrived on the battle field late in the game. I have nothing against it. It seems to fit IMHO.

Kishi is setting up Sasuke to be the main factor in the fight. I know the manga is called "Naruto" but these are obvious signs IMO.

It seems to fit don't you think? I mean all throughout the manga Kishi showcases Naruto doing something epic to bring down a big bad followed by a stint where Sasuke does the same thing. Naruto was showcased for the 1st half of the war and the Obito fight. Now it is Sasuke's showcase. Right in line with how the manga has been going.

U can turn it as u want. Without Naruto giving Kakashi his eye back and Guy being revived or atleast rescued from death, without all that Happening, we wouldve lost two loved characters in that manga. Also - I am pretty sure that since Sasuke is busy fighting one Madara he would not be able to fight four others besides the fact that he does not have OP shadow clones.

And I am pretty sure to decide if it is a Naruto or Sasuke Avatar really gave you a headache

We know you like sasuke more but kishi will always prioritize on naruto when they are together. except for a select few chapters that name and focus on someone else(like 2 chapters ago). Its just how he has always done it, the best you can hope for is a 50% 50% split between naru and sasu

OT: I don't think it will be 50/50. Remember that jutsu that hashirama gave sasuke, I think it will play a big role in madara's defeat. He took a back seat against juubito now it's his turn to take the driver's seat

No,Sasuke will help but its the power,the will and the inspiration of Naruto that will lead to victory.

A lot of what you are saying is very twisted up:

Sasuke wants to change the system, but does that mean he knows how to change it right?

Yes Hashriama entrusted Sasuke with stopping Madara, but the Sage said the same thing to Naruto.

Your entire theory is based on the idea that Sasuke is a complete good guy and knows exactly how to change the system, but he is showing signs of still being rotten.

Also Madara referenced the tablet that true happiness comes when two powers come together, Madara even commented on it when he saw Naruto and Sasuke's new powers he said lets find out which is greater.

This fight is the battle of the powers of one vs the powers of two. Its essentially Madara who has all of the Sage's abilities vs Naruto and Sasuke who have the powers divided between them.

Edit: Also Naruto is the main character so your theory wouldn't make sense unless Madara wasn't the final villain. In Shounen its the hero who saves the world.
