Pre-JJ Double Rinnegan Madara is stronger than current Sasuke, until we get shown what that sign on Sasuke's hand can do.
I don't see Sasuke getting past at least 5 Limbo clones. He can in pretty much no way harm Madara, no matter how fast he is. The Limbo clones will be there to protect Madara.
Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o and his Rinnegan ability is really getting way too overrated. It can fly, so what? It looks badass, so what?
He's not getting past Madara's PS easily.

Don't give me the usual argument that "Sasuke speed blitzes Madara with God Susano'o". What the heck? It's a manga fact that nothing which lacks the Sage's Senjutsu can get past a Limbo clone. Not even a "God Susano'o", nothing at all.
Think of it; a clone which you cannot hit, but it can block any of your attacks when the original body is in danger, and it can also hit you? That's overpowered. If the Limbo clones can use Perfect Susano'o, then yeah, you know that your lord Sasuke is getting raped.
Ah, and yes, Sasuke cannot spam his eye all that much. It also works in a restricted area.
As for people saying that Sasuke damaged Madara the most, yeaaaah, that's a single Rinnegan Madara with no Onmyoudon Orbs. Give Madara his orbs back, and we'd see if Sasuke would even be able to touch single Rinnegan Madara. 1 Limbo clone is enough to wipe the floor with Sasuke, if Madara is a Juubi Jinchuuriki. A JJ with no orbs is pretty much not a big difference from the Pre-Jin state. It's faster and maybe a bit more durable, but that's it. All the hype of a JJ lies within the orbs.

As for Indra, both Sasuke and Madara are stronger than him. Indra either had MS or EMS (most likely the latter, as he was able to use PS), while Sasuke and Madara have the Rinnegan, which is superior.
