What you just said mke no sense to what I said. Naruto has Gamabunta and Kyuubi chakra and has used them both many times after. Sasuke copied Lee's speed yet his speed number doesn't show it and after his fight with Gaara has never showed the speed feat again. Coping someone speed in the first place is impossible facts speak for themself.

Why doesn't he copy A's speed? If you can copy speed you can copy strength too, he should copy Tsuandes power. Lets be real here, it doesn't make sense and it was never showed again and it what you call PnJ

He copied Lee's speed but he also had to train to use it without fatiguing him instantly and causing muscle strain, like when he copied Lee's Shadow of the Dancing Leaf.

Lee had a 4 for speed because he could use the Gate of Limit and that gate along with the Gate of Pain which increases the user's speed too.
